Wow, today is the first day at work after the long weekend. I’m still kind of in a holiday mood actually, lol. Hope you guys enjoyed your New Year’s celebrations last week. :)

Anyway on new year’s eve, my friends and I went to my colleague’s house to celebrate and count down the new year together.

He gave us a warm welcome over at his place. He was a great host, we felt just at home!

His apartment is beautiful! It’s really neat and tidy I hope I can have an apartment like his too in the future :D

They went on to play some of their favourite console games.

While they were having fun, I went to further explore the house, where I discovered many cute and awesome figurines. They were everywhere! o.O So cool!!!

My colleague loves to collect figurines and limited edition toys. 

Aren’t they just awesome? I’d like to start my very own collection too in the future! XD

We played mahjong before the New Year countdown and the table is fully automatic!

Amazing, all you have to do is push the button in the middle of the table, then drop all the mahjong tiles inside the black compartment, push the the button again and a new set of tiles will appear. All neatly arranged, so convenient! XD

He also have 2 dogs at home and they are sooooo cute~~~ :)

Sadly, we couldn’t really see the fireworks after sometime due to all the residual smoke blocking our view.

Thereafter, my colleague prepared some champagne for all of us. :)

When we were done with our champagne, the sky had turned pitch black. We were shocked, we thought that something had happened. Turns out, it was just the residual smoke that had now thoroughly blanketed the sky.

My colleague even have a karaoke system at home! We can sing and choose any latest hits we wanted. We really enjoyed ourselves singing to our hearts content.
