Trading house, everyday you will see one whole group of players crowding around the Trading Master in Saint Haven. This is the place where players will register the items they got from the dungeons to sell to other players in the same server.

To start, let’s locate the location of the Trading House in Saint Haven shown in the picture above.

And the Trading house in Calderock Village.

Next, talk to any of them and choose the “Trading House” option.

Buy

Ok, this is the menu layout of the Trading house. Let me explain to you in details.

1. Purple - Buy, sell and calculation to collect the money of the sold items.
2. Red - Rarity of the item you want to search on.
3. Orange - The class of the items you want to search on.
4. Blue - The level range of the items you want to search on.
5. Yellow - Search bar.
6. Green - Item Categories filter, refer to the picture below.
7. White - Items searched.

This is how you are going to search the item you are looking for. First type just one word from the name of the item. For example, I want to get “Elf Queen Hammer”. So I typed “elf” and click on “Weapon” under the “General Equipment” category and click on search. The results is shown above.

I can also filter the rarity of the items by ticking only the rarity I want and also the class of the item.

You can also show the results in different order.

• Price per unit Asc Order - Items displayed will be from the cheapest to the most expensive item available.
• Price per unit Desc Order - Items displayed will be from the most expensive to the cheapest item available.
• Nick Asc Order - The items displayed will be according to the nickname of the player who registered the item. From a-z. 
• Nick Desc Order - The items displayed will be according to the nickname of the player who registered the item. From z-a.
• Level Asc Order - Items displayed will be from the item for the lower level to the higher level.
• Level Desc Order - Items displayed will be from the item for the higher level to the lower level.
• Enhance Asc Order - Items displayed will be from the lower enhancement level to the higher enhancement level.
• Enhance Desc Order - Items displayed will be from the higher enhancement level to the lower enhancement level.

Register/Sell.

Now I’m going to show you how to sell your items. First click on “Register Item” and right click on the item you want to sell from your Inventory.

*You can only register 5 items at one time and a total of 30 items for the week only.

Set the prices of the item you want to sell. There will be information on the average selling price of the item and the registration fee.

You can only put your item in the Trading House for 12 Hrs at the moment.

*Try to sell your item below the average price to sell the item asap.

You will see the item you are going to sell on the menu after confirmation. You can retrieve the item by click on the “Retrieve” button if you decided to change your mind.

If your item remain unsold after 12 Hrs, you can click on “Retrieve Expired Item” button to retrieve any items that has expired in the list.

This is how your item looks like in the Trading House after you registered it. You can click on “Check Market Price” to check it’s market price as show above. 

You can also save the name of the seller or pm the seller if you want to bargain the price with the seller.

Click on “Purchase” if you want to purchase the item.

Calculate.

Ok, after sometime, a player bought my item. Once your any of your item sold, it will be displayed under the “Calculate” tab.

There will be information on when and what time is the item sold, the total earnings and the selling fee.

Click on the “Total” button to retrieve your money from the Trading House.
